General Business Activities:

Vadiraj & Co has been established as a proprietorship firm on 15th Sept 2002, as a small support firm to help accounting outsourcing in Bangalore, India. Being one of the Pioneer in the outsourcing business idea, our traditional business model had evolved from the requirement of the industry, where start ups were venturing to form ground in India, with just couple of employee on board and with limited sources yet with diversified requirement for proper control and utilization of resources.

Scope of Work :

Success of any service Organisation depends on the efficient service delivery to its clientele, which in turn depends upon how effectively its functionaries are equipped. As agreed with the client, Maintain records and books of accounts of the company, stock and process and suggesting for any improvements. Internal Audit work to verify and suggest improvements of books maintained by clients

Clientele:

We handle vide categories of companies both Indian and from offshore with accounts maintained in ERP solutions such as Tally, Wings etc, and for Partnership firms, LLPs, NGOs (Trusts), Individual accounts. List of our few corporate clients to whom we give multi level services, include:

• Ecoinsight Building Software Solution Pvt Ltd. : Lighting Solutions to save cost and save envoirnment, Incorporated in India in 2008-09 and associated since then.
• Virima Technologies Pvt Ltd - Start up company in Bangalore handling user license and software up gradation, associated for the last 10 years
• Zscaler Softech India Pvt Ltd - Incorporated in India in the year 2007 for developing security in the cloud and associated since then.
• Akshar power yoga academy - Yoga Academy formed in 2012, associated since then.Zelus healthcare Pvt Ltd (Engaged in Health services) Associated since two years.

Associated earlier for limited period work scope :

• Future Electronics India Pte Limited, a branch office of a Singapore based Private Limited company engaged in Electronics distribution in India and having 5 branches for the period from 2002 to 2013 helping them in accounting, payroll and statutory compliance and associated statutory requirement.
• Arista Networks India Pvt Ltd, a start up of a US based Company engaged in cloud computing and data storage, associated for accounting, payroll and statutory compliance for a period of 4 years.
• Personal Performance Consultants P Ltd, a start up company incorporated in 2008-09 in Bangalore based on worldwide Employee Assistant Program for corporate to retain them and help the client employees from their day to day issues / problems – 4 years.

Areas Handled

Internal Audit: We are associated with couple of companies to whom we cater Internal Audit and verification of Internal records inorder to assist them to maintain their books of accounts and comply with statutory requirements on timely basis. This includes assisting the management for any change in the Acts by sending circulars for any change or amendment in Acts and for payment of taxes.

Statutory Compliances: We also assist our clients with maintaining Statutory compliances, such as:

• Profession tax: Monthly and Annual Profession tax payment along with filing of returns within the due date.
• TDS: Assisting in Monthly deductions of Tds amount, pay to the IT department, file quarterly returns and issue the TDS certificates within due dates.
• Provident Fund: Registration of Employer and Employee, Salary deduction on account of Provident fund, Payable and other statutory compliance in connection to the organization, generation of ECR etc,
• ESI: Salary deduction on State Insurance of the employees, assisting on filing of applicable documents and forms and registration with the department.

Income Tax and Service Tax Matters: We handle matters relating to Income Tax & Service tax such as, half yearly returns filing ,ST registrations and amendments and also update on any changes in the Act.

Payroll Management: Based on the requirement of the clients we undertake outsourcing of Payroll and all related work, which will be in co-ordination with the Human Resource department and send payroll instructions or assist them in payment to the employees along with their taxation requirements.
